Charity Barn Dance

Charity Barn Dance

in aid of HopeHIV

Supporting orphans in Africa

Some of our members are organising a barn dance to raise money for a fantastic charity – Hope HIV, which supports orphans in Africa www.hopehiv.org

Not only will there be all the fun and excitement of dosey doeing to a professional barn dance caller but there will also be a fair trade chocolate fountain, a raffle with some not-to-miss prizes and of course lots of yummy food.

Date: Saturday 19th June

Time: 7.00pm

Location: A School in Knighton, Leicester

This fantastic night of fun and entertainment will cost a mere £7 for an adult ticket and £3 concessions (children, students, unemployed, senior citizens), or whatever additional money you are prepared to give.

All the money raised on the night will go directly to Hope HIV.

Unfortunately, the venue can only hold a limited number of people, so please be quick to buy your tickets. You can reserve a ticket by emailing us, and then handing over your cash the next time we see you, or by visiting Westleigh when we have our usual meetings. Then, of course, we’ll tell you where it’s happening!

Tea, coffee and elderflower squash and lemon juice will be provided, but if you want any additional drinks you are welcome to bring them along. We have been given permission to consume alcohol on the site, provided we do so in moderation.
