When everything is falling about our ears, many of us will shake our fists and complain “why believe in God – he never seems to step in and do anything”.
The fact is – He already has!
It was because we messed up the world in the first place that God sent his son, Jesus, on a rescue mission to give us a future and a sure hope.
OK, he might not have prevented our house from flooding, or stopped us losing our job, 
but He promises to be there with us if we put our trust in Him.
